I began my career in the beauty industry in 2008 as an Experience Coordinator at Jyl Craven Hair Design. I later entered the salon’s apprenticeship program and became a hair stylist in 2014.
Hairstyles I enjoy most are soft and natural looking in design and shape. Balayage is one of my favorite techniques because of the versatility and benefits it provides. I am also certified in the Evolve System, a solution for women with fine or thinning hair.
I love my job because of the uniqueness of the industry. I like helping people look good so they can feel good. Being a part of that is the absolute best!
If my career were not in the beauty industry, it would be doing nothing else. I couldn’t image working in any other career. When you have a job you love you never work a day in your life.
In my free time, I enjoy being with my husband and stepson. You’ll also find me doing these things in my spare time: yoga, crafting, traveling, watching crime shows and learning new things.
My dreams and aspirations are to travel more. I love experiencing new things in new places. Making memories is something I cherish and there is so much more to learn from the world around us.
