I began my career in the beauty industry at Appalachian Tech in 2003 after a friend had told me about the cosmetology program. Since I was a child, I’ve always had a love for fashion and a passion for the beauty industry.
Hairstyles I enjoy most are the ones that involve creating fresh new looks for my guests. I enjoy all aspects of hairdressing from cutting to coloring.
I love my job because of how I can make people feel when they leave. Knowing that you can brighten someone’s day by creating a beautiful new style is so rewarding.
If my career were not in the beauty industry, it would be in business management or healthcare.
In my free time, I enjoy all things adventurous! I also love spending time with family and traveling.
My dreams and aspirations are to retire and travel as much as I can.
