Jyl Craven Hair Design recommends that clients take the time to reschedule their next appointment(s) before they leave the salon in an effort to reserve the date and time that best fits your schedule.

Confirmations & Cancellations

Every effort will be made to confirm your appointment two days in advance. In some circumstances, it is not always possible to contact a client directly and sometimes a message may be the only option.

In order to accommodate all of our clients to the best of our ability, we ask that you provide us with at least a twenty-four hour notice before canceling or rescheduling standard appointments.


If you’re unhappy with any of our services, for any reason, we’ll happily perform whatever service(s) necessary within two weeks of the original service to guarantee your satisfaction.


If you are not completely satisfied with a product, you may exchange it for another product. Products must be returned within two weeks of original purchase. No more than 25% of product may be used. There are no exchanges, returns or refunds on make-up items, brushes, special accessories, discounted items, & Gift Cards.
